I have spina bifida and I'm a flyer in cheer. Lately when I try to pull my scorpion I pop my hip out out place. What can I do?
spina bifida is a birth defect. It's at the bottom of my spine and when I pull my scorpion my nerves and the bone collide and create tension. My coaches can't replace me and my scorpion looks like a Dorito! What can I do to improve it with out hurting my hip.
