By 27, you are quite past any hope of natural growth. There's a pretty famous story about a woman who wanted to be a stewardess so badly that she had elective surgery to stretch her legs. To do this, they had to break both of her legs and stretch them over time. They used casts and a bolt/screw system to allow the bones to partially knit. Then, they'd untwist the screws a bit so that the partially healed bones were just a bit longer. I don't know exactly how long the process took, but just healing a break like that (without the stretching) can take months! I honestly suggest learning to love yourself as you are.
There's nothing you can do to increase your height. By age 27, your body has finished growing, you've reached your full adult height. You can't change it, so you'll have to accept it... or... There are two ways I know of that can alter height (sort of & temporarily): 1 -- Wear shoes with high heels. 2 -- Get yourself an 80's permed hairstyle. Having really big hair can add 6 inches to your height (or more, the sky's the limit!), and high-heeled shoes can add another 6". These methods will help you appear to be taller & I know they work. With high-heeled shoes & an enormous perm, I measured in at over 6' tall.... in 1987. ####:-) (My real height is 5' 5".)
That's how tall you are, it isn't going to change. You could try stretching, but I recommend you just go watch some Kevin Hart he's like 5ft tall. That should make you feel better about yourself, and he's happy with his height too lol. And you get to make funny jokes like "I'm big where it counts" lol.
