God is not a created being. He IS. He had Always Been for eternity before this universe existed , and He will Always Be for eternity after this universe ceases to exist. God is everywhere. He is not a physical being and doesnt not have a physical location - at least not as we understand 'location'. He just IS.
He's always existed. He's always been. That's hard to wrap our minds around, but that's how it has been. He created us. Please nobody comment and tell I'm wrong because this question can be answered in two ways: he was created or he created us. I gave the latter and told why. Don't tell me I'm wrong. You can believe what you want, but this question is a yes/no one.
If we Believe the Bible... We believe what God told us ... Revelation 1......... I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. FAITH COMES BY HEARING AND HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD.
A simplifed illustration is as follows. In mathamatics can the highest & lowest number be found? No because if we use the decimal point & add 0's we find numbers can go on forever! Can that idea be sound?
May we find that accepting the fact as above settling & our lack of wisdom in comparing our selves with the Almighty & wisdom as stated:
(Romans 11:33-35) “33?O the depth of God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How unsearchable his judgments [are] and past tracing out his ways [are]! 34?For “who has come to know Jehovah’s mind, or who has become his counselor?” 35?Or, “Who has first given to him, so that it must be repaid to him?””
(Revelation 4:11) “11?“You are worthy, Jehovah, even our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power, because you created all things, and because of your will they existed and were created.””
Causality is a function of time-space and this universe. Outside of this universe, neither time nor causation are implied. In a 2d world, one cannot conceive of travel in the vertical direction. Our 4d limitation is that we cannot comprehend of an uncaused cause. But we know that there must be other dimensions, because physicists tell us there are at least 11 dimensions. We can only directly observed 3, and the 4th, time, is observed indirectly. Therefore, we cannot observe the other dimensions. At least one of those dimensions, according to physicists, must be one without causation. This also means that the rules of time don't apply. So, in a world where at least one dimension must not have time or causation, if anything exists in it, God must be that something.

I sincerely hope not because his a Monster, he revels in bloodlust, has mercilessly boasted in slaughtering billions of men, women, children, babies and animals, he think people are merely cattle to be bought, sold and used, women are regarded as subserviant and the property of men, he doesnt think people with flat noses, the disabled or anyone with any imperfections good enough to pray at the alter. Honestly I cannot see when the devil begins and he ends. Psalm 136: 10, To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: for his mercy endureth forever. Isaiah 13: 16, Their children shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes: their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished. 2 Kings 2 23:24, And he went up from thence unto Bethel: and as he was going up by the way, there came forth little children out of the city, and mocked him and said unto him Go up bald head; go up, thou bald head,.And he turned back and looked on them, cursed them in the name of the Lord and there came two she bears out of the wood and tore forty and two children of them....... continued...
Jehovah God is described in the Bible as living from time indefinite to time indefinite, forever (Ps 90:2, 4; Re 10:6), and as being the King of eternity, incorruptible, invisible, the only true God. (1Ti 1:17) There existed no god before him.—Isa 43:10, 11. In contrast to the lifeless gods of the nations, Jehovah is “the living God.” (Jer 10:10; 2Co 6:16) Everywhere there is testimony to his activity and his greatness. “The heavens are declaring the glory of God; and of the work of his hands the expanse is telling.” (Ps 19:1) Men have no reason or excuse for denying God, because “what may be known about God is manifest among them, for God made it manifest to them. For his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable.”—Ro 1:18-20.
Now, imagine the arrow left is the past, and the arrow right is the future. We can see this section of the line, but it goes on forever. Well, God s existence goes forever in the past and forever in the future. And we can only percept part of the existence of God. The part of the existence in which things have been existent.
According to the Bible he is called “King of eternity.”(1Timothy1:17; Revelation15:3) God is eternal in both directions—past and future. Psalm 90:2 says: “Even from time indefinite to time indefinite you are God.” So Jehovah never began; he has always been. He is rightly called “the Ancient of Days”—he existed for an eternity before anyone or anything else in the universe came into being! (Daniel 7:9,13, 22) God is a spirit being invisible to human eyes. (John 4:24). Does this mean that he is any less real than what we can see and touch? No, we readily accept the reality of many things we cannot see—wind, radio waves, and thoughts, for example. Furthermore, Jehovah is permanent, unaffected by the passage of time, even untold billions of years!
