Whenever someone brags about how good their relationship is to you , how do you tell them that you really don't wanna hear it ? But nicely.

My best friend has no clue what love is. She dates guys for a total of 5 days and swears it's true love, but breaks up with them three days later over something really stupid. She sits there and tells me about her relationships and how much she loves them. But in reality, she has NO CLUE that just because someone compliments you and you fall for them , DOES NOT mean you love them. I get kinda annoyed with the whole situation because me myself, I hate relationships and everything about them. Yeah, I get flirted with alot and I flirt a lot but I'd rather be single. Until I actually find someone whose worthwhile, I won't be. I hate the idea of them. I'm not saying I won't be there for her when she actually needs real guy venting, but as of now she loves no one. And I feel bad sitting here leading her on when she thinks it's real but it's not.

" I am very happy for you but it is depressing for me to hear. "
"when the day comes I have a relationship as perfect as yours , we will talk about". Otherwise be my friend and quick depressing me. I am happy for you !"

She is your best friend so I think it's best if you are honest with her. It would be helpful if you can recall some of her breakups and remind her; this might get her to see the trend she has with boyfriends.
