The most important thing is to eat healthy foods and avoid fatty foods. It is difficult to lose weight in one area so you have to exercise your whole body. Do abdominal exercises like sit ups. Pulling your stomach inwards also helps to stretch the muscles making it firm.

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio!!! You can do situps, until you are blue in the face, but if you don't do a lot of cardio and change up your diet to a healthy one, situps won't do anything. Your best bet is to do at LEAST an hour- 1 1/2 hours of cardio a day. You should also workout in the morning and evening, for best, faster results...
