Under what amendment does it give a criminal the right to be put on probation?
There is no "right" to probation. It has to be a determination by a judge that you are a candidate for rehabilitation without incarceration. If the judge decides you deserve to go to jail, off you go!
No rights prisons are just to full pli? they want to give everyone a fair chance in this world.
See if the 14th Amendment is where you need to look and advise if you need more info.
Remember, freed slaves were given the right to vote before women were given that right.
