What exercises can I do to improve my abs without fitness equipment? I'm a woman.
besides crunches and sit-ups
isometrics is best for core without hurting back.. in support of otherrotate to sides to get max benefit
Leg lifts. Sit ups. Crunches. I hear hula hooping believe it or not is a good workout.
Crisscross bicycles (: we do those for conditioning in poms, but we add crunches/lifting our upper body
Pilates , great for working your core
Core abdominal isometrics , they can be done anytime anywhere!?
Those resistance rubber bands are great. Engaging your ab muscles while doing everyday activities also help.
Planking, mountain climbers w/ abs tightened, leg lifts, flutter kicks
Most yoga poses that works the entire midsection. I'd recommend trying that. Its great also for balance, flexibility, core strength & subtleness. Its even great for wrinkles, believe it or not. + it can lift the b00bs too. :-D
