I am 14 and I weight 178 pounds and I really want to lose about 50 pounds

so as you can see I am over weight I would really want to lose weight I mean in the passed I try but I always fail because my motivation fly away but it's also really hard for me to lose because I go to school from 7am to 6pm so I can't go to the gym plz plz help me I want to feel confident with who I am (btw I only have 5 or 4 month to lose this amount of weight)

eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink only water and green tea, it's ok to eat "badly" once in a while but don't go crazy. don't starve yourself, make sure you always eat enough

Join a sport but whatever you do don't stop eating because that actually makes you put on more weight and makes it harder to lose weight

Dont you have P.E. in school? If you do then work hard and im in your shoes too. What i try to do is cut out junk food. No cheating on the weekends or anything because that will just increase your cravings. If that doesnt work try cutting half of what you eat and it'll burn your calories off.

She should exercise outside of school. PE is usually not enough.

For me it helps.. We run every friday and every day we do sports like football and soccer.. But i guess maybe her p.e can be different

30 mins of cardio a day goes a long ways.

you are so young, dont be so insecure, you will grow up and learn to love your body! but i suggest eating healthy, and maybe a little cardio. dont push yourself at such a young age!
coming from a fellow 14 year old, struggling to have a nice body.

work out and eat healthy food like fruit and vegetables. go on a diet

Exercise when ever you can...even in your room.....eat healthy and don't cheat and drink a lot of water...if you keep that up for awhile you will lose weight....
