That's the average weight for a 10-11 yr old. Honey please eat. Idk how tall you are, but that seems like an unhealthy weight :( I don't think you should we worrying about being in shape, you should be worrying about your weight. But you asked about getting in shape so, try running, swimming, and don't you have P.E. At school?

Eat healthy & play outside with your friends. If you and your friends are not in your school's athletic team, build your own team with your friends. You will be fit & happy! I played basketball. :)
