How do you lose weight? What are some good tips?

please don't be rude. ever since I was little I was thin,but when I got to 5th grade I stared putting on some weight. I'm in 7th grade now and I feel so strange...I'm not used to his /. Anyone have some tips or some good exercises that actually burn the fat. what are some good foods I should start eating? I also love to eat sweets and well anything with sugar. anyone have tips to stop eating so many sweets? /.

Well you're in the middle of growing so you are going to have your weight fluctuate anyways but make sure you eat a good breakfast every morning, drink lots of water, it helps a lot if you pick a certain time of day to go running and run till exhaustion at least 2 or 3 times a week. What I do as well is sit ups and push ups right before I sleep. Increase your amount each time by 5 and you'll see improvement. You don't have to cancel out all selected and fatty foods just don't engulf yourself in them. But there are many healthy snacks that you might find to like. Just overall make sure you get your stretches and exercise in and drink plenty of water

Stop drink ANY sodas and sugary drinks
Drink LOTS of water
Get EXERCISE - walking at least but getting your heart rate up is best.
Stop eating fried foods and high fat/high sugar snacks
Eat fruit - fresh, not packed in syrup
To stop eating sweets you just hotta have will power. If you are really serious about losing weight and getting healthier youll resist.

Just eating healthy will start it off. I'm I'm 7th grade too and wanting to get healthy! Stay motivated. Think of the turn out. Go for walks, do stretches, eat healthy, and WATER. Drink water with your meals no pop or anything. Milk too. You can download apps that are workouts that help too. :)

it different for everyone if someone to give you diet for a slow metabolism and you got a high one you loose to much and gain to much if other way

Best thing get a set scales and I diet log write down everything you eat and drink for a week weigh yourself again and see if you gain or loose

After that put some basic exercises into in walk maybe an extra 1000 step per day or when you watch tv walk about during the ad rather than text etc....

You gotta find your own balance but this type thing is the start to it all
