I buy a litre of icecream and watch a movie on my laptop, or take myself out to the cinema to see one and distract myself from my thoughts, or I go on a really long walk with some good music in my ears.
Be still, quiet, & start praying & ask God to heal & lift your spirits, He Will. Also, make your mind think about a lot of nice, good, pleasant things. Do something for someone else, you will soon feel much better. I'll be praying for you.
You need to try and find something which keeps you both occupied and happy. For instance I tend to do quite a bit of sport when I am down. Everyone gets down sometimes the best way to put yourself up again is to keep busy.
