Can a person in Portland Oregon be searched by police if they're on bench probation?

Do the police have the right to search a person on bench probation without permission?

READ the patriot act. YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS. Until they repeal it, you have no Habeas corpus, Miranda, constitution, bill of rights. They can do as they please.

I don't know what bench probation is. But if you have been convicted of a crime and given probation in lieu of a jail sentence or have been released on probation from a jail sentence, then I would think the police can search you until you have completed your probation sentence.
