How to convince my parents into letting me get a hair cut?

I need a hair cut! but my mom only goes to my aunt who lives in stonewall and we live in winnipeg. and I want to die my whole underneath hair brown so the top wid be blonde and when u lift it up it wud be brown. and I asked her why can't we go to one In the City she says that they don't know what they r doing. but they. r proffenials! I asked if my friend cud do it but they said no. so how can I convince them into letting me get a haircut and the underneath of my hair brown? plz help!

You never have to convince your parents to let you get a haircut if that haircut isn't going to make you look like an idiot. Obviously she is trying to protect you from making a horrible decision. Go thank her and do your homework.

I just want my bangs trimmed and some colour that won't make me look like an idiot. Going to do it now lol putting iPod in different room and running away to do homework lol :)

How old are you? You should be able to decide how u want your hair.

Meet in the middle. Shut up about going to someone in the city (your mom may not can afford it and not want to tell you that; budgets are tight right now everywhere!) and ask your aunt for some suggestions of a different way she ca do your hair that will give you a new look.
