What kind of weight? Muscle weight? Fat? I mean I could be a smarty pants and tell you to put more clothes on but I won't.....opps I just did....sorry. Fat weight: just go nuts on the Oreos and snicker bars and ice cream then sit on your ever increasing behind and do nothing. Muscle weight: you need protein and energy and many heavy objects. In either case what ever you do DON'T RUN. Cardio removes weight the fastest.
