For quick and easy, look in the premade aisle in the frozen foods. Kroger sells some stir fry's and other food that just has to be heated. They are designed for 2 people, but I buy a bag of chicken breasts and cook one up. Chop the cooked breast into bite sized pieces, then add the stir fry. I cook white rice as a side for it, and it's enough for my family of four. It takes about 7-10 minutes for just the stir fry. If you start the rice before doing anything else, cook up a chicken breast, then add the stir fry, it takes about 20-30 minutes.
If you have a Sam's or Costco membership, they also sell similar meals. If you're planning to add a chicken breast, stick to premade meals that have unbreaded chicken as the meat.
