What can I do to be healthy? I really want to get into shape because I am really unhappy with my body.
it's actually really interesting. I just want to be healthy and exercise, but I feel like I have no motivation, and am lazy, but I'm not lazy so ugh I don't know. I guess my question here is how can I become healthier and lose weight and gain muscle, and how can I motivate myself and push myself to exercise and get in shape?
