I am a 14 y/o male in high school i weight 220 lbs. i would really like to shed weight but I don't have a plan or exercise routine. HELP!!

i want to lose weight and get abs and pecks just like all the other guys, i do not know how to accomplish this goal and does anyone have any tips/ tricks to stay on the routine???

To lose weight, you need to get your body to use up its stores of fat. The most effective way to do this is to reduce the amount of calories you eat and increase your levels of activity. Well my friend you should take more care of you're self firlst step don't drink juices or soda just water then don't eat crap food eat what you're mom cooks and if she does'n cook then make a sandwich or anything you want but don't over eat that's all.

Wake up and eat 1 boiled egg and a piece of toast for breakfast and a piece of fruit. Take a bag of peanuts in your pocket to school with you. Eat a couple every hour. Lunch time eat an apple or other fruit with a chicken breast sandwich. No fries and no soda or anything greasy. drink lots of water all day NO SODA and very little juice because it has a lot of natural sugar in it! Dinner: eat the same as lunch ! Chicken breast is best as it is high in protein and low in fat , you can sub it for fish fillet. IMPORTANT:::: do push-ups in the morning... And do them in the evening. Try to do 100 a day. If that's to much then start with 50 a day. Do 20 in the morning. Then do 30 in the evening. Next week do 30 in the morning and 40 in the evening. Do this diet for 2-3 months and you will lose 50 lbs and be a NEW MAN!!!! Then you can eat more variety of foods then and you will feel AWESOME!! I've done this my whole life, and it works. Just sacrifice the food and soda and juice for a few months and do a hell of a lot of push ups everyday. Trust me bro.

You don't need a routine per se. The most effective thing to do initially is stop eating high calorie foods and most importantly, start exercising. To lose weight fast do aerobics. The treadmill is your friend--use it. Start walking and jogging for as long as you can everyday and you will start to see results. Good luck :)
