First off, stop eating fast foods and soda. That alone will help you lose weight. I think Weight Watchers is a great program which will give you guidance and support to get you started and you won't feel so alone in trying to reach your goal. Also teaches better eating habits. You should also start doing some form of exercise. Good luck and be patient with yourself and the process. You didn't gain the weight over night, so it will take some time to lose it.
You can lose weight very fast by reducing your daily intake of calories. You can do that by watching what you eat and how much calories is in your food content. You should also burn more calories than you eat on daily basis by exercising more.

There is a diet, where you can eat as much as you want, whenever you want, and whatever you want. Simply place equal portions of meat, carbs and veggies on your plate and eat all of it. If you want more, do the same thing, but still keep the portions equal.
You can trade out carbs for sugary foods, but keep the portions equal to the meat and veggies.You can also increase the veggies on your plate, but not the meat, carbs or sweet foods. This diet helps to block blood sugar from rushing in and causing fat build up. Good luck! : D
