How to change your eating habits to start eating healthy to lose weight
It has nothing to do with incentives or anything like that. It's about mental discipline. After a while of eating healthy, you will want to eat that junkfood. Or you will want to eat that unhealthy food.
Have an incentive to keep you motivated. Think of how good you will look afterwards. You don't have to eat healthy everyday(not too bad) once a week or so is not bad.
First, start small. Try eating all healthy foods 3 times a week. Then try it for 5. After a while shift up to all days of the week without eating junk food
