My left hand goes numb all the time without me laying on it. What's wrong?

There are different reasons why your hand goes numb. Some of these reasons include a spinal cord injury, Lyme disease, type 2 diabetes or cervical spondylosis. It would be advisable to seek medical attention so as to deal with the numbness.

you need to see a doctor, you could have any number of things wrong with it from poor circulation to diabetes.

Doctor. Probably nerve problem stemming from spine(cervical or thoracic) ask dr. once he evaluates you if Seeing a Chiropractor would beneficial and therapeutic. It was for me. Good luck.

Go to a chiropractor first, he can probably fix the problem with a minor adjustment, no surgery, and no drugs, plus it's cheaper.

Primary probable cause: spinal misalignment. Solution: Seek out local Chiropractor.

It could be carpal tunnel syndrome.
