Climbing a stair is good/bad for knee?

what! if anybody uses stair in a 5 storied building regularly. Is it an exercise/harmful for knee/body? whats it exactly for kids/young/old people?

no not at all keep on doing this .. it's much healthier and does not at all injure your knee.. only if you got rheumatism in your knees or arthritis.. but walking stairs is very good for your entire health..it is good for heart and also good for the legs .. what is bad for the legs over time is running or jogging on concrete.. so joggers should only jogg on softer ground such as in a park with soil or on grass not on concrete....xxx More people should use the stairs as you do.. that is good exercise and will keep you healthy and in shape especially your heart and arteries. x xxx!!!

It is only really harmful if you are extremely obese.
