Exercise & dietary changes help lower blood pressure naturally. Eliminate fatty/greasy foods from your diet, especially fast food & any foods made with saturated fats; eat plenty of fruits & veggies. If you eat meat, cut red meat & pork from your diet, eat a lot of baked fish & baked chicken instead. Brown rice, whole grain breads, rolls, etc... & pasta are much healthier than foods made with processed white flour. Cut back on sugar, salt & caffeine, be sure to drink plenty of water. You really ought to discuss your diet with your doctor, and/or see a nutritionist. A nutritionist can create a diet plan designed specifically for lowering your blood pressure. :) PS If you haven't already, get your cholesterol & triglyceride levels tested, and be sure to have them checked often, along with regular b.p. monitoring.
