It is more than berries, grass and insects. See the question it doesn't say only berries, grass and insects.

In science we do not make assumptions. The question does not include meat eating. It doesn't say fish eating either so in fact it DOES imply that's all. There are organisms which eat fish but not meat. You would lump them all together. Perhaps chelie22 can clarify...
