How can I lose weight?

I am 5,2 and have scarily skinny arms but my belly and legs are very large. much bigger than anyone elses and I just keep losing weight in my arms and gaining weight in my legs and belly, how can I lose weight in JUST my legs and belly? is there certain exercises or something?

Eat healthily and focus on the workouts on the specific places you want to work on. Remember fat weighs less than muscle so it wont lose weight but it will lose fat. There could be more muscle gaining which makes your weight go a bit higher. Good luck!

I suggest cardio, go on treadmill. Do push ups, sit ups. But I'm no expert.

-cut down on sugar
-work on cardio by jogging and running
-drink plenty of water
-consume less calories then you usualy do

Cardio! Also try to cut out high fructose corn syrup. That turns right into stomach fat and leg fat.
