What do you do if you live in california and your landlord does no pick up your rent

i live in california and my landlord has not accepted my rent what do i do

Typically, it is the renter's responsibility to deliver the rent payment to the landlord and not the landlord's responsibility to pick it up. When you signed the rental agreement, your landlord should have given clear instructions on how to submit payment. If it was in fact a situation whereby they would pick it up from you, then make sure that it is available and accessible as previously agreed. It would be wise not to assume that they won't evict you for failure to pay. It is in your best interest to do what you can to reach your landlord to ensure that your payment is received.

Well if you have tried to contact them and they won't respond just wait it out. Eventually they will come, they can't evict you for non-payment because you have tried to give them the payment and they just won't come to get it.

Is your formal arrangement that your landlord comes to your house to pick up the check? How about giving the landlord a call.
