Eat healthy and running. It's gonna be hard getting use to these at first so start off slow. Don't jump straight into eating fruits/vegetables and all that for every meal. Say you eat chocolate chip pancakes in the morning for breakfast try eating whole wheat chocolate chip pancakes, or maybe one chocolate chip pancake and one regular. And just progress with eating a healthy breakfast. Same goes for lunch and dinner and a snack in between. Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to kick out all unhealthy foods. It just means you can't eat them like they're going out of style. And with working out/running. Don't except yourself to be able to run/jog one mile without any breaks if your body isn't use to it. If you want to run a mile to start off make sure to take breaks every quarter of a mile or so and bring water. Hope this helps.
There are ways to lose weight fast. The best one that I use mainly for the health benefits is juice fasting. You need a juicer to do this. If you Google fat sick and nearly dead, there is a website with juice recipes and lots of information on it. You will lose about 1 pound every day, sometimes more. I usually stick to about a 10 day juice fast.
Here are only some of the benefits, there are lots more. balanced pH and blood sugar levels Fat loss toxin cleanse strengthened immune system, increased mental clarity loss of cravings for sugar better complexion diminished pains and allergies restored liver function More energy happier After about the 3rd day you are not hungry anymore. Because you are getting calories you are not starving your body, So your body doesn't go into starvation mode, and hold on to fat. Once you are done with the juice fast you will crave healthier food.
