Find someone to talk to about how you are feeling and what is making you fell this way , if that dosent help find something to take your mind off of whatever is making you depressed but mostly try to talk to people more and try to not put yourself down if you ever need someone to talk to i gladly to talk to you but
Perhaps; darkness/cloudy days = sadness/depression. Add an extra lamp to your room; make it bright, open the curtains: Enjoy the sun light. Exercise 45 minutes daily: Runners high, you feel good after you run. Pray to your God; if you have faith it works. Read Psalms 45,46 and 139 twice daily.
