You can start by eating 6 meals a day breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Your snacks need to be healthy like fruit, yogurt ect. Your meals also have to be healthy you can still eat alot of good tasting food just cut down on your potions you don't need to have seconds! Cut out all soda's!! Yes even diet soda it's worst than regular!! I also cut out all pork products which helped me drop quite a bit of weight by doing that. Water is your best friend if you need to add flavoring do but make sure you drink plenty of it!!
Walking slowly is good, also something that I call "bicycle kicks" or "bicycle w/o the head twist" is good; they are practically low impact exercises, but they make good weight losers. Also, be sure to drink water instead of cokes.
