What are some remedies for a pulled muscle in the back?
Using a heating pad, resting a lot and taking some Aleve or something. When the muscle finally relaxes, go light for a day or so when you get back to your activities so you don't pull it again.

Try Thermacare heat pads. Cheaper alternatives do not work as well. They stick on and heat all day.
