How do I go jogging? It's really hot where I live!
I used to jog in the mornings, but for the last few weeks, the lowest it got was like 25 C(77F) and that was at like 4 am in the morning. During the day, the temperature gets up to 45 C(113F). I don't have access to a gym and my house doesn't have air conditioning. Does anyone have any ideas to keep fit?
