How can I do a 540 roundhouse and not fall?

Practice at it....get stronger and faster!
try balancing exercises. Bruce lee said that u should always try standing on one leg for long periods of time....even do things like getting dressed and undressed while balancing one leg. BALANCE
ps: I do hope your talking about a roundhouse kick and not some new age dance move y'all whippersnappers be servin'

Lol yes I was talking about a roundhouse kick and thanks so much :3 I try to practice MMA as much as I can at least every other day I will do the balancing exercises and see if they help :D
