You need to have your teeth cleaned as soon as possible. So much plaque has accumulated it has affected your gums and could be serious if not addressed. Always get your teeth cleaned every six months. My mother recently had to have her remaining teeth pulled and get dentures and you don't want dentures. She is in her 80s but you could lose your teeth much earlier if you don't take care of them properly.

Go to the dentist. Please. Swollen gums indicate gingivitis, and perhaps serious decay.

Gingivitis is a real medical condition that will require real medical care to cure it. You should consult your dentist.

See your dentist. Brush and floss after every meal. Use a plaque killing mouthwash.
