breathe deeply the first 5 times... then breathe slightly faster and listen your breathing.
imagine yourself on the beach with a beautiful sunset... as you breathe in, imagine the waters comming in and barrely touching your feets... imagine the feeling, you might even feel a fuzzy feeling on your toes. (if your good at visualization) then breathe out and imagine the water moving back to the ocean.
imagine, that you can hear the earth breathe with the wave, the sound of your breathing...Imagine that you are her!
I have the same problem. But these are some things that might help you fall asleep easier. 1. Take a warm bath 2. Read a book 3. drink hot cocoa 4. stare at something, it really does make you tired. 5. meditate. it works almost every time. 6. Listen to music. music that isn't loud. a soft and quiet music. if loud would not work at all. 7. sleep somewhere dark. darkness always helps you sleep. 8. Think of a relaxing place you would like to be at. works :) 9. watch you tube. if you watch something it makes your eyes tired. Well, I hope this helped you. Good Luck!
