How to make your mind stop running constantly like i want to clear my thoughts for a bit
Put on a movie that you've seen many times... It helps me. if you're ADD (like I am) you can't help but be easily distracted; so if I play the same distractions over and over, it eventually becomes easy to stay focused and works very similar to meditation.
Yoga or Sleeping
I have the same problem. I usually sleep or relax for a bit.
Focus on the ambience sounds of nature. Ex. birds, sound of water falling, the wind, the rustling of leaves, etc. Safe Journey
Relax,do yoga and just have fun!
Try and get yourself easily distracted, or you could listen to music.
