What are some good diet foods that I can snack on or eat?

my cooking is limited or non-existent really lol what are some foods that I can get from the store and easily make or just eat?

Snacking- rice cakes, water crackers, part skim milk string cheese, low fat cottage cheese, fat free Greek yogurt, fat free soy yogurt, sugar free gelatin and pudding, baby carrots. celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, unsweetened prunes, and soy crisps.

Eating (meals?)- steamed Brown/wild rice, steamed veggies, salads, Shirataki noodles, tofu, steamed/grilled seafood, meat replacements (i.e.: Morningstar farms, Boca, Gardein, Lightlife), and beans.

There are snacks like whole grains, fruits and vegetables or nuts and seeds that you can choose to have. You can also for snacks like yoghurt as dairy products have good sources of proteins and calcium.
