How do you loose fat and what helps losing it
Eat less. Exercise more.
Work out eat healthy i heard if you drink 5 cups of green tea a day it will help lose fat around your stomach
Do sports and drink allot of water, pretty obvious.
Set a limit of calories per day and workout, if you go over your calorie intake then run it off. A good app to use is Lose It.
Run a lot. Find a place you like to go and run/walk there daily. That's what I did and I've already lost 2lbs in 1 week
If you take a bath with warm or hot water then in the last 20 seconds put on cold water.I heard this in the news back in the day.
