Harassment and bullying in the workplace are a major problem, if you are the target. Once employee will not leave you alone, the workplace will become a tense, uncomfortable environment. Make sure that the situation is resolved without destroying your career, maintain a professional demeanor.
Each time make a note that includes a specific description of the event, names of the one who is harassing you and the situation.
Talk to the one who is harassing or bullying you.
If your manager cannot help with a problem, speak to your HR department to find out the right and legal procedure to report an incident.
If the situation persists then speak to your supervisors.
Take action at law if your employer does not help resolve the conflict, or if the harassment continues outside of work, file a police report.
Keep a privet log of every thing that pertains to this. Start by confiding in a shift supervisor log this. If it continues log that than go back to said supervisor log that. If any thing happens your covered. This log can be used in a court of law too.
