I fell. I don't know if I hit my head. What are the signs of a concussion?

I threw up 30 minutes later.

Nausea is one of the signs of concussion, a bad headache, look in the mirror at your eyes, are your pupils the same size? Do you feel dizzy or confused. If you get sick and throw up again or have uneven pupils you need to go to a Dr, Urgent Care or Emergency Room asap. Here is an article with more symptoms and emergency signs.

Hi ryanesm. Concussion symptoms can show up immediately following a head injury, but they can also show up hours or even days later.

As others have said, some things to watch out for include: blurred vision, feeling confused, dizziness, headache, ringing in the ears, nausea, and vomiting.

Although most concussions are mild and don't cause any complications, any head injury can be potentially serious. It's best to see a doctor if you think you've had a concussion.
