Is this a perfect square and if it is factor it. n^2+8n+16. If you don't know can you give me a link to a calculator.

Factoring polynomial perfect square.

Report as

Yes, that expression is a perfect square. When factored, n^2 + 8n + 16 becomes (n + 4)(n + 4), or (n + 4)^2.

You can test that the factoring is correct:
(n + 4)(n + 4)
n^2 + 4n + 4n + 16
n^2 + 8n + 16 checks out.
