I do believe their is a verse about the way we as Christians should dress. Don't think it has anything to do with dress, or jeans. Something about causing others to sin. Like guys wearing tight jeans so you can see there package, etc. Women showing to much, things like that.
I am also a christian, and there is absolutely no rule that says Christians can't wear skinny jeans, or short shorts, or mini skirts, or any type of clothing. Its your own free will, you can wear whatever you want. As long as you don't dress completely inappropriately, there is no line that says you don't get to choose your own wardrobe. as Maegana said, there are lots of changes that styles have gone through, but this is the present day, when girls are allowed to make their own decisions, which includes whether or not to wear skinny jeans

The philosophy of Jesus doesn't really sit well with the "show-off" culture of today. No matter what you are showing off; your money, properties or "bottom" in this case. You can see how he was way too humble and unostentatious for skinny jeans.

Men automatically look at the 3 points of a women. Its a biological thing checking out the female species; and their not to good at hiding it are they ladies? Women automatically do it too, (shock) but are more subtle because there field of vision is broader due to having to watch for danger in having children, men are more tunnel visioned. Both sexes do it and half the time are not even aware of it. Each person is responsible for their own self control. Its a mans forearms that do it for me so cover them up please ;-)
If you are a Christian it does matter how you dress. 2 Timothy 2:9-10 says "likewise also that women should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire, but with what is proper for women who profess godliness-with good works." So you have to ask yourself is what you're wearing modest, revealing etc.
Heck, maybe we should just borrow some burkhas from our extremist Taliban friends and make sure you girls don't stir up any boys libidos! After all, you are in control of their roving eyes and their uncontrollable urges. Better cover up girls!
I'm sure your skinny jeans will be just fine as long as you remember to wear a shirt. ;)

The Christian woman is warned not to let expensive, showy dress or style be the thing she seeks but, rather, to let her clothing be modest, yet well arranged, showing soundness of mind. She should, therefore, give attention to her dress but should put the primary stress on the apparel of a quiet and mild spirit. (1Timothy 2:9; 1Peter 3:3-5) Following these scriptures is the wise course, as the inspired proverb says: “Wisdom is with the modest ones.”—Prov. 11:2. To wear or not to wear? That is a question to be answered, not merely on the basis of personal likes and dislikes, but in harmony with godly standards. When considering clothing styles, ask yourself: ‘Are they modest? Would wearing them be consistent with the principle of being moderate, and so avoiding extremes? Would they tend to identify me with any undesirable group in the community?’ Remember, if you want to prove yourself a Christian, then it is not what a morally corrupt world approves that will govern your choice. Rather, it will be your desire to be found well pleasing in the eyes of God. (www.JW.org)
God doesn't care if you go naked and wear a barrel, this is a superficial human concern I think, God would rather have your heart in the right place and doing God's will than worrying about how your dressed. Is God going to look down on a tribal native who wants to know God dressed with a bone through their ear and a lion cloth or topless, or a homeless person in rags??? Don't think so. Just my take. You don't need to prove your Christianity through ritual, dress, or what not. Least of all to other humans it's your relationship with God not theirs.
Ok... Here's a guy's input. If you want to wear them then wear them but make sure YOU are NOT tempting a brother of Christ, or causing him to sin by imagining what your rump would look like under those jeans. That sounds very bad and it is. It's not because of you that they can be a problem it is us guys. We are built to work visually, and honestly Girls are pretty enough without having to actually DO stuff. We guys struggle enough with our eyes and our bodily desires without girls pushing us along. All that being said, wear them if you want, they themselves are not evil nor are they bad. However DO NOT DARE to risk becoming a weapon that Satan can use against us guys. And not just the guys you know and maybe like, but EVERY MAN. That Hobo in the alley, that Cop, that Drug Addict, that Sex offender. Do you really want those men looking at your form fitted rear? Just please be smart.
Alright, I'm a guy and here is what I think. This question seems to be about opinion right? Yes, at the surface it does, but digging deeper its really about right and wrong. I say yes, but don't go TOO tight, not skin tight. It tempts almost all guys and I think its kind of annoying, you should dress as if your body is a temple to God, because is it. If you think you would be comfortable with God himself seeing you like that, in skin tight jeans, then by all means go ahead.
