Containing my ADHD? (Read Below)

I probably have ADHD and am getting tested soon, so does anyone have tips on how I can contain all my energy without having to take pills and medicine?

Cjkenkel has done it naturally. Guess who else has it and never went on medicines? Ty Pennington, the famous guy from that home makeover show. His Mom gave him lots of physical things to do to burn off that extra energy and he turned out fine! You cannot contain the energy... you need to expel it! Work it off. Find as many things that burn off that energy as you can!

Lots of exercise and eating healthy. That's how I've kept mine in check, and I haven't needed medicine.

Well, you should try drinking herbal tea and doing relaxation yoga. Take a hour off of your day to read or just relax.

You need to learn how to realize and notice what you are doing and put in mind that you have ADHD. That should help you with decision making and self control.

Remove gluten from your diet, exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine completely, take up a full time hobby like drawing or biking.

Yes, I know but gluten can cause anxiety in people who already are sensitive in this area.... look it up.
