how long does it take to become a neonatal nurse
Neonatal Nurses first need to obtain a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, typically a 4-year program. Once the BSN is completed, the nurse will need to complete a master’s program in neonatal nursing, typically lasting 2 years. Finally the nurse will need to become licensed which requires passing an exam. All together, it will take approximately 6 years to become a neonatal nurse.
