How do I deal with social anxiety at school?
In my JROTC class, we have to do the exercise of the day, where the entire class gets punished for everyone elses bad grades, and we have to do 1 repetition for every person with a D grade and 3 reps for every person with an F grade. This just started last week, and I haven't participated yet because I have really bad social anxiety and I have panic attacks when I get stared at, and I definitely hate exercising in front of people. My instructors know this, but they haven't come up with any solutions to my issue, and now my grades are dropping because of it. All of my grades are good, so I don't think I should be punished to what other students earn. Does anyone have a solution or something that may help me?
