Atomic numbers full meaning?

atching a show, they used atomic numbers, and the symbols spelled a cast members name on the board. But another actor on the show repeatedly wrote the same atomic numbers twice. What could this mean? The numbers were, (19,53,88) but if they were written twice what does that mean? (Heres the website for a picture of what it looked like on the board. http://remotecontrol.mtv.com/2014/01/27/teen-wolf-stiles-william-barrow-master/)

It's a number on an element on a periodic table. Each one has its own number. It's either the bottom or too number on the element. http://oxford-labs.com/x-ray-fluorescence/the-periodic-table/

Look at the numbers on the elements. That's an atomic number
