Not to dispute going to the doctor but during this time of the year it is not uncommon to have nose bleeds or blood in your nasal passages. This is most often caused by dryness in your sinus passages, if you in or around dry heat this does occur. Try a humifier or standing in a bathroom with a hot shower, the steam will put moisture back where it is so dry. I learned this many years ago through a doctor when my kids encountered bloody noses or blood mixed with mucus. Don't be alarmed just try and get rid of the dryness that is causing the blood. If that doesn't help then do see a doctor. Good luck!
You need to visit a doctor. Blood coming from a persons sinuses is not normal. You could possible have a sinus infection. Without seeing what is happening, there is no way of giving a diagnosis. Visit a doctor or an emergency room right away.
I agree with the last answer. It could be a broken blood vessel from blowing your nose. Now, if you are having foul breath or frontal headaches or a nasty green discharge when you blow your nose, that could be a sign of infection.
