Hi Im a 14 year old boy and I wanna know what to eat to help to lose weight, without going on such strict diets and still enjoy myself?

Be active! You're 14. You are still growing. Stay away from junk food and sodas or sugar drinks. By cutting that alone, will make you lose weight. Lets say by doing that, you will lose about 10 pounds in a year without doing anything. No sports, no exercises. Just eating right. The right foods. But!!! If you exercise at the same time and cutting out the junk food, you will lose the body fat and weight about double or triple the weight in a year. You get what I'm saying? You will never lose the weight if you just sit there playing video games, eating pizza and drinking soda. Trust me. You can do it....

Recommended diet, exercise weight loss, such as yoga, sit-ups.

Exercise will help, but also food choices. Cut carbs, breads, potatoes, corn, peas. Try eating more fresh veggies and lean meats. You don't have to get rid of everything, but if you decide that you will eat well all day, you will be able to give yourself some wiggle room for a burger with your friends. Decide if you REALLY want to eat something before you eat it. Sometimes we just eat things because they are there. Also remember portions. Most of the time, restaurant servings are twice the size that a real portion is.

Well I am also a teenager & I too am very concerned about my weight.
My doctor has advised me to have daily exercise & nutritious diet.
But most important of this is to exercise daily without being lazyyyyyyyy...!!!
