Lift weights, run, stretch daily and flexibility are very important. Find a workout best for you and train hard. Practice kicking with your eyes and rep out proper footwork. Most of all don't give up. It you want to kick hard and far and accurate go for it. Get a ball and kick kick kick
Take some advice from Shaun Suisham! (even though that's football! Lol) but I would say you have to find the perfect spot on the ball, and on your foot, to put the most power on. Like kicking with the side of your foot and kicking with the tip of your foot are 2 different things!
