What's wrong with brick from the middle?

Brick, the youngest child on THE MIDDLE, an ABC half hour sitcom comedy, is played by the actor Atticus Shaffer. He has osteogenesis imperfecta, also known as brittle bone disease, a genetic bone disorder resulting in fragile bones and short stature.

Ahhh answers my question also.
His character plays a child with a form of Learning Disability (disability)... I have yet to put my finger on. Aspergers?
