Will I lose weight?

I'm sticking with a 900 calorie diet and exercising for at least an hour 6 days a week. If I continue this for 2 months will I lose weight?

900 calories?? Are you a 10 year old? That's about how many calories a ten yr old needs. An adult of average size needs a lot more than that. 2000 is considered a normal amount. How much weight do you want to lose? You don't give us enough information. But remember your weight may not change as much as you want it to. Muscle weighs more than fat does. Watch your body fat %. That's what to look at.

900 calories seems a little low. working out and drinking a ton of water and 1300 healthy calories will help you achieve your goals.

Depends on your body and how it responds. Although by the sound of it, I'd say you probably will.

And just to let you know, calories are not the most important thing, it's what nutrients you get. There's this really great diet that would help you. It's a book called "The Fast Metabolism Diet" by Hailey Pomroy. Google it. :)

That's pretty extreme. Once you drop below about 1200 calories, you're making it harder for yourself because your metabolism will shift into starvation mode. Make sure you're getting enough protein, fluids and rest too.

I would eat a bit more and then exercise more so you don't loose nutrition you can't get on only 900 calories worth of food.

I don't recommend on doing that. you well lose weight but not the weight you want to lose. you well lose muscle instead of fat and the calories you well take in well be stored as fat so not changing much just your pounds but not your image what i recommend on you doing is eat 5 meals a day which are your breakfast, lunch and dinner between breakfast and lunch have a snack like fruits same goes for dinner if you find eating 5 meals hard just do three as long as your eating. now eating right well actually make you lose weight so there is no reason you to have to eat 900calories a day thats horrible you don't want to starve. just eat small healthy portions organic is a really good way to clean your system but. Its a bit expensive not going to say is cheap now thats the eating part now if you want a good figure you start working out. Now if you are awesome but if you are starting then i could give you a good workout list
1 squats
2 lunges
3 jumping jacks
4 punches
5 step ups
6 Russian twist or crunches
Now do these one by one 20sec and 10 rest for 8 sets as many as you can each one you well feel a good burn each workout and also your metabolism well increase this here is a full body workout its but remember you also have to eat healthy too big improvements.

You can still exersize for 6 days a week, but you need to eat more. A 900 calorie diet isn't enough. Just make sure you eat something healthy instead of junk.
