you can get those things that come in those pouches called hot hands and just hold onto them

Hand warmers( re usable ones) saves Money too because you don't need to crank the heat!:)
or have a hot bath!

My bad, it was from the movie,"Zoolander". When they started break dance fighting. Owen Wilson said, Poppin and lockin fool! I meant it as a joke. I was joking because everyone else had already gave you some good answers. It means like break dancing or popping. Old school.
